The NECA Pacific Rim Striker Eureka Action Figure Enters the FrayMay 10, 2014
Fans of Guillermo del Toros monstrously epic sci-fi film, Pacific Rim, have a growing number of craveable NECA collectibles to contend with. Having featured Gipsy Danger, Knifehead, and Crimson Typhoon from Series 1 and the Kaiju Leatherback from Series 2, were shifting the spotlight to the next Series 2 collectible as we take a look at the NECA Pacific Rim Striker Eureka action figure.
Like other figures in NECAs Pacific Rim line, this 7.5 reproduction of Striker Eureka is a close match for the fleet-footed, computer-generated titan that appeared on-screen. The sculpture exhibits an impressive level of detail in the head, chest, and dorsal features that’s further enhanced by the figures movie-authentic finish and weathered veneer. With its swiveling head, dual movable forearm pincers, and multiple points of articulation throughout the arms and legs, NECAs Striker Eureka figure offers a fair degree of poseability to complement its authentically rendered form.
As one of the more detailed pieces in NECAs popular and ever-expanding line of Pacific Rim action figures, Striker Eureka should appeal to enthusiasts of the film looking to own a miniature version of the worlds fastest Jaeger. Its an outstanding (sub-$100 USD) addition to NECA’s line of figures and another screen-accurate collectible to captivate the devout throng of Pacific Rim fans.
